Raw Material Selection

High-grade steel to make components are chosen to ensure strength and durability which are lab tested periodically.

Material Processing

Advanced slotting machines for pipes and fin forming systems are utilized to achieve tight tolerances consistently to ensure seamless alignment during assembly.

Engineered Welding & Assembly

Fins undergo controlled top of the line machines used for welding processes wherein all parameters are continuously monitored to ensure structural integrity, visual uniformity, and leak-proof reliability.

Pressure Testing and Quality Check

Each radiator is hydro-tested to ensure zero-leakages and compliance with global quality standards. Periodic in-house type testing validates design integrity and reliability.

Surface Treatment and Painting

Thorough surface preparation of the Radiators is done which includes shot blasting and controlled cleaning processes. Highly-regulated primer and paint coating is done to achieve specified Dry Film Thickness (DFT) and long-term corrosion protection with a uniform finish.

Final Inspection and Dispatch

The finished radiators pass through an in-depth final inspection, and a customer-centric packing procedure, ensuring safe delivery in India and for Exports.
